Aaron has over 16 years experience in the Financial Services Industry, with the last 10 years as a dedicated general insurance representative and expert.
Aaron has worked with various businesses including tradespeople, contractors, retailers, small business operators, transport operators, plant and machinery companies, as well as specialised manufactures and farming.
Over the last 10 years, Aaron has developed a healthy respect for everyone running their own business by taking time to understand their issues in the day to day operations of a business. This has been one of the keys of his success in building trust with his clients.

After moving to Queensland in 2001 looking for a sea change. I eventually found my way to a career in Banking with Suncorp in 2002, where over a 6-year period I worked my way up 'Teller' to 'Relief Manager' and 'Personal Banking Manager' (Home Loan Officer).
In 2006 I was offered an opportunity to work in a small Suncorp Agency specialising in commercial insurance. Since then, I haven't looked back.
Fast forward to 2014, I really wanted to take that next step and with the support of friends and family, I started 'Business Insurance Cover Services'.
My simple philosophy is to work in partnership with my clients, supporting them with more than just insurance but also providing solutions to everyday issues in their business. Looking to connect them with the right person, additional business or simply a chance to chat one on one with another business owner with no agenda other than to listen and help.
I love the variety of work, and ultimately I am looking to assist my clients in protecting their assets and liabilities through consultative approach insurance broking. I love building relationships on both a business and personal level and being the person that my clients can call upon in their time of need.

Tracey Eaton, a Tier 1 qualified broker able to give advice, has been involved with the insurance industry both here in Australia and New Zealand over the last 20 years.
With a passion for small business and once a small business owner herself (along with her husband) Tracey understands the everyday struggles of running a business and wants to help her clients by removing the worry of dealing with insurance, by working closely with them to protect their business.
Tracey deals with painters, landscapers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, builders and any sized trade business. In addition, Tracey looks after the domestic covers such as house and contents Insurance, motor vehicles and investment property/ landlord covers to name just a few.
